New Personnel
New personnel would include those individuals who are new to school nursing and have never been certified to conduct the assessments for the Texas Risk Assessment for Type 2 Diabetes in Children (TRAT2DC) program. These individuals must get training prior to conducting the assessments. New individuals seeking certification must contact the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Border Health Office (BHO) to obtain a username and password.

Forgot Username and/or Password
Acanthosis Nigricans Due to security reasons, our site does not currently have a forgot password link/feature. If you forgot your username and/or password, contact our office by email or phone to retrieve your username or to get your password reset. You may also request username and/or password retreival through our Requests page.

Site Navigation

The main pages contain a menu with links. On the main pages, the menu will be located just below the "Texas RIsk Assessment for Type 2 Diabetes in Children" title. Each word is either a clickable link or a submenu will appear. You may click on any item in the menu and submenus to learn more about those features.

Inside the login page, a pair of navigation bars will appear. The top bar will have links on the right hand side of the screen. The bottom bar will have links on the left hand side of the screen. Use only the items within those bars for navigation throughout the site. Clicking on the browser's back button will force a logout and you will need to log back in.
